It is always nice to be recognized by peers for the work we do. But getting that recognition during a year filled with change and uncertainty gave our team an injection of much-needed positive vibes. The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Central California Chapter holds its Image Awards annually. Companies from San Joaquin to Kern Counties and to the coast can enter their PR, communications and marketing projects in 12 different categories.
In December 2020, we learned that we earned awards in seven of the 12 categories for work done in 2019. We deemed this an early Christmas gift, garnering three awards of excellence and four merit awards.
While the Image Awards were delayed due to COVID-19, the hardware we earned
provided a morale boost for us and for our clients with whom we share the recognition!
The work we entered included everything from posters and digital campaigns to multicultural campaigns and community events. We even entered our own annual staff photo (which earned an award of excellence).
