Two New Additions to the Account and Creative Teams

Our team just keeps on growing! Say hello to the newest additions at JP Marketing! In our account department, we welcomed Michele Meisch who brings more than 20 years of account management experience and has a specialized understanding of more than 15 different industries. On the creative side, Dillon White joined our team as a web developer. His background in multimedia and design give him an advantage in creating various types of collateral pieces

We asked Michele and Dillon the hard hitting questions to really get to know them better. Let’s see what they had to say!

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

Michele: Being able to help the agency achieve its growth goals and help create efficiencies in the agency. I love that stuff. I love to problem solve. Also, I look forward to training and mentoring those that I can.

Dillon: Working within a results-driven environment and collaborating with the very best in Fresno.

Before working at JP, what was the most unusual or interesting job you ever had?

Michele: I think the most interesting job I had was in catering. It was a side job in college and I’ve probably seen 100 weddings and many of them with major catastrophes like melting cake, dead gold fish in the centerpiece fish bowls, DJs that only played break up songs, and tons of women in way-too-small dresses!

Dillon: Before graduating from IOT, I had the pleasure of interning at an advertising agency. My first day they had me participate in a radio jingle for a client. I hope they used Auto-Tune.

What super power would you like to have and why?

Michele: The super power I’d like to have is immortality. There’s just so many amazing things to do and see that I’m sure I can’t get them all in!

Dillon: The ability to time travel and witness some of the great moments in history.

If you could compete on a reality of game show, which one would you like to be on?

Michele: I’d compete on a show that hasn’t been invented yet called “Quick Wit.” This would be a show where you have to quickly respond to a remark or comment you have no advance knowledge of and have to sound the most convincing, most funny, most correct. I think I’m pretty good at thinking on my feet.

Dillon: I would like to be on Undercover Boss. That way I could go undercover and observe the inner workings of my marketing company… whoops, I think I just blew my cover.

What is your favorite dessert?

Michele: Chocolate Chip Cookies with a side of crispy bacon and chocolate peanut butter ice-cream from Baskin Robbins. That is my heaven.

Dillon: Cheesecake

What advice would you give yourself when you were first starting your career?

Michele: Don’t take things personally, do the very best you can, work really hard and great things will come. And oh…don’t forget to take chances and follow your instincts. Finally, don’t let men push you around.

Dillon: Use contracts with clients, don’t burn bridges, and always be willing to learn something new.
