Chances are you’ve seen our most fashionable team member around our offices, but there is a lot you may not know about the 2012 JP Marketing Employee of the Year, Rae Pardini. After graduating from USC, Rae started her career in the publicity and entertainment industry in Los Angeles where she could immerse herself in pop culture and business. She moved back to Fresno to apply her background of administrative and national publicity to local businesses, a goal she could accomplish by joining JP!
Since joining the JP family, Rae has shown her impeccable work ethic and dedication in each letter of our STAR award: Service, Team, Attitude and Recognition. If you’ve ever worked with Rae, you know how committed she is to her job and her clients. She loves being challenged, and learning more about her clients and the marketing/publicity industry. In the future, Rae just hopes to continue doing something that she loves and finds rewarding.
