Three New Additions to the Account Team!

The JP team just keeps on growing! We would like to give a warm welcome to Dani, Connor, and Nidia! Dani is joining our team as an account coordinator, Nidia is joining our team as a media buyer, and Connor is our newest account intern.

We asked them some fun questions to get to know them better!

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

Connor: I’m excited to explore every aspect of JP Marketing. Whether it’s media buying, creative design, or account management, I’m eager to understand everyone’s role in the company and see how they master their craft.

Dani: The opportunity to utilize my hospitality experience and grow my marketing skill set in a much more creative and collaborative atmosphere!

Nidia: I look forward to working with an amazing group of people and learning from one another while cultivating an environment that is open to new ideas & personally growing in my role. Everyone just seems so passionate about what they do.

What would you sing at Karaoke night and why?

Connor: Personally, I would sing “My Way” by Frank Sinatra. It’s one of the few songs I can sing without sounding like I’m making whale noises.

Dani: So cliche but “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey because #1) it’s a classic and #2) everyone would start singling along which would thankfully drown out my glass-shattering baritone.

Nidia: I do love Beyonce, so anything from her or Destiny’s Child. I actually owned a mini Karaoke stereo when I was a kid and loved singing “Say My Name” and “Survivor” to the point that I broke the mic… or maybe it was my horrible singing.

If you were the ruler of your own country what would be the first law you would introduce?

Connor: First thing would be a command to kill all mosquitos. The fact that they take your blood without consent is ridiculous. Who do they think they are? I want them gone.

Dani: Free popcorn at the movies!

Nidia: To make every public establishment dog-friendly. I hate that I can’t take my dog everywhere.

What do you miss most about being a kid?

Connor: Just the simplicity of life. There is so little to be worried about as a kid; it’s just one constant vacation compared to adulthood. As much as I try to live life with child-like wonder and enjoyment, it’s tough with the amount of stress and expectations that come with life as an adult.

Dani: Sleeping in! Zzzz

Nidia: I miss the outdoors! All the kids I grew up with played outside – we’d seek adventures, built dirt bike ramps, you name it. We all had a crazy imagination and creativity.

At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

Connor: Right now, I would have to pick Kirkland’s. I recently went there for the first time and almost bought everything in sight. I haven’t redecorated my room since I was 12, and it’s starting to become an issue. I desperately need a room makeover, so I might actually have to max-out my credit card there. Stay tuned.

Dani: Nordstrom

Nidia: Does Amazon count? They do have everything you can possibly imagine or want.

What was your favorite TV show growing up?

Connor: I loved Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. That is still one of my favorite shows because it’s so funny, but also has serious moments. The show isn’t afraid to address sensitive topics or have emotional episodes. I appreciate that.

Dani: Saved by The Bell … I actually met my show crush “AC Slater” in junior high and about had a heart attack!

Nidia: I was obsessed with Spongebob! I had Spongebob everything.

What three items would you take with you on a deserted island?

Connor: I would take a soft blanket, a pillow, and mosquito repellent. Yes, I am going to die, but at least I’ll die after a good night’s sleep. Not only will I be extremely comfortable, but I also won’t die with any of those annoying, itchy mosquito bites. Not this time, mosquitos.

Dani: Swiss Army Knife, case of wine, and a boat to get the heck off the island!

Nidia: I’d probably take my dog, a journal and some fireworks!

Any random facts about yourself that you want people to know?

Connor: I eat ice cream about four times a week, but I am also mildly lactose intolerant. Yes, it is painful and occasionally makes me sick. However, sometimes we have to make sacrifices for the ones we love.

Dani: I recently joined the Mama Club! Georgia Harper or “G. Harps” as her friends call her is four months old!

Nidia: I love traveling! I’ve been to four continents and eight countries. I manage an Instagram account for my dog Nala (oh, yeah I love animals). I’ve been skydiving and I loved it! I could have sushi, especially sashimi for the rest of my life and I would be happy. Shark cage diving is on my bucket list.
